Left my heart in San Francisco?

It was cold. It was windy. We wore jackets, jeans and sunscreen. It was San Francisco in August!

And we loved it. We ate at In-N-Out Burger, gobbled great Italian food, walked all over the hills and wharves; even rode a boat around the bay. And we went to a fantastic wedding.

I played Rock Star for the first time, and I kicked ass -- scored a 100% on the vocals of Blink 182's "All the Small Things."

And we'd kill to go back, but alas, the cost of living out in the Bay Area is a little too much to bear.

So it looks like we'll make a stand here in Bethlehem. Krista does very well here and she has a lot of irons in the fire ... too many to leave. Me? Well, I'm not a big fan, but I think I can make it work for a time.

I started this blog as a way to bring out my creativity and stretch and exercise my writing. I hope it works. And maybe one day we'll get far enough ahead in this life to snag one of those gorgeous Marina District homes. I hope it comes with a heater.
